High Performance Grease
DESCRIPTION High Performance Grease is a high-quality long-term lubricating grease for extreme
conditions, high temperatures, high surface pressures and aggressive media.-
PROPERTIES Lubricating action is fully guaranteed for the temperature range -40 °C to +280 °C.
High Performance Grease is resistant to all the commonly used solvents such as
petrol, benzene, toluene, acetone and chlorinated hydrocarbons such as tetra- and
trichloroethylene and trichloroethane and is resistant to inorganic acids such as
sulphuric, hydrochloric and nitric acids and aqua regia (mixture of hydrochloric and
nitric acid) as well as fatty acids, alcohols and halogens. High Performance Grease
does not attack plastics or elastomers. The product is soluble in fluorochlorinated
hydrocarbons. Non-toxic up to 300 °C. Highly economical due to long periods
between lubrication or life-time lubrication.

APPLICATION For high-temperature lubrication of roller and plain bearings on tunnel-kiln cars,
continuous ovens in bakeries, hot-gas plants, calenders, high-load track rollers in
conveyor systems, drying and firing plants, tempering shops and paint shops.
Ejector pins and skids on injection moulds.
INSTRUCTIONS It is vital that other lubricants are removed beforehand. Clean with suitable solvents.
Blow off residual solvent with dry compressed air.
Fill the roller bearing.
Unlike the usual recommendations for lubrication, fill the bearing as full as possible.
With high speed factors above (Dmn = 50,000) the filling amount is 60 %.
